I love making kale chips. Tasty, crunchy AND healthy? Nope, you don’t need to pinch yourself. It’s real and it’s incredibly easy to make. There are only a few ingredients, plus it takes minimal prep and bake time. Here’s one of my favourite versions of a classic kale chip recipe.
You’ll need:
- half a bunch of kale
- olive oil
- nutritional yeast
- dill
- garlic salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the stems so you’re only using the leaves. Spread the pieces of kale (about “chip” size) all around a flat baking sheet. Drizzle a mild amount of olive oil over chips, then sprinkle dill, garlic salt, and nutritional yeast to taste.
Bake for 8 – 12 mins depending on the heat of your oven and how crunchy you like them. Enjoy these tasty chips!
