200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Held at Yogacara in Whistler, B.C. – Fall 2022
Looking to delve deeper into your own practice and help others on their path? Start your journey into the world of teaching yoga! This course will give you the foundation to be an effective hatha and vinyasa teacher. The skills developed in this program apply to life on-and-off the mat while giving students a firm understanding of yoga from different perspectives.
This program will be unique for locals and visitors. Locals will get to enjoy the training from the comforts of home while integrating into their everyday life. Visitors will have the chance to “live like a local” and embrace all of the wonderful things Whistler has to offer. The schedule will allow for plenty of reflection, integration, and free time.

ALL yoga teacher trainings are recognized by Yoga Alliance. Students who successfully complete the course will receive certification as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

This restorative yoga teacher training is designed for teachers looking to expand their teaching style and dedicated students wanting to dive deep in their practice. Throughout the course we explore how to hold space in a profound way for students (and ourselves) using restorative yoga while applying principles that support others therapeutically. Restorative yoga is truly for anyone as an accessible practice that nourishes the nervous system and fosters healing for mind, body, and spirit. Expect to learn anatomical, physiological, and energetic perspectives in this holistic training that brings your teaching, confidence, and frequency to new heights.
