This workshop is designed to ensure you are empowered with the tools and knowledge to understand gut health, how it relates to stress, and what you can do about it. You’re invited to attend this workshop with Melissa Deally, registered health coach, and Emily Kane, E-RYT 500 & BKin, to encourage gut health, good digestion, and good health overall.
In this workshop expect to:
- Learn key takeaways from Melissa Deally for the health of your gut
- Understand how to reduce stress to prevent any negative effects on digestive system function
- Encourage healthy patterns to improve digestion and overall health
- Practice meditation, pranayama (breath) and restorative yoga with Emily Kane to support digestive health
