My classes are inspired by life, love, and yogic living. You can expect a compassionate, supportive space that encourages positive thought and action. Feel great about the choices you make, the goals you set, and be motivated to let go of anything that holds you back.

The yoga classes I offer embody yoga as a way to connect through mind, body, and soul. I whole-heatedly believe that yoga is a holistic practice beyond the physical body. This is one of the many reasons why I include philosophy, pranayama (breath techniques), mantra (sacred sound), and meditation as part of a yoga practice.

I love leading hatha, kundalini, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. Each style brings a unique element to a yoga practice and has its own way of inviting self-discovery.
