Get to Know Emily Kane – the Lightworker Behind the Vision

I am inspired to help others find well-being through self discovery and practical yogic teachings. My intention is to promote balance and passionate living by integrating yoga and spiritual philosophy.

I call Whistler, B.C. home but I love to travel and explore. Outside of teaching, I am passionate about snowboarding, hiking, plant-based cooking, reading, writing, and more. Being outdoors is a meaningful part of my life. Finding balance is important to me and how I show up for students which can be felt through how I deliver classes with strength, integrity, openness, and a light heart. I am blessed to share my adventures with the people I care about and feel honored to be connected with an incredible community of teachers, students, and inspired souls.

My teaching is inspired by life, love, and yogic teachings. I seek to create a supportive space that welcomes you to be who you are and love yourself for it. Expect to explore movement in a way that is meaningful and intentional. Everyone can experience freedom and empowerment in their practice, even when working with injuries. My teaching offers alignment principles that focus on safety and stability while holding space for healing beyond the physical body. I emphasize compassionate teaching, complimented by warmhearted assisting and adjusting to make you feel safe, confident, and nurtured. Helping students find their authentic yoga practice is so important to me which inspires me to learn and grow along with you.

Sorry about that! We are changing a few things with the registration process. That may have been why you received an error.
