Join me for Reiki Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in Whistler!

Reiki Level 1

I am excited to offer a program that empowers students to use Reiki on themselves while developing their skills as a practioner. In Reiki Level 1 expect to explore energy meaningfully using techniques from the Usui tradition of Reiki.

I love sharing knowledge on how yoga connects with the practice of Reiki. For me, understanding the mind/body/spirit connection is an essential part of exploring energy. In this course, centering and self-care techinques will also include meditation, mantra, and other yogic principles.

In Reiki Level 1, each student will:

  • be attuned to empower themselves with healing Reiki energy
  • cover the history of Reiki and the Usui tradition
  • discuss ethical considerations in practicing/treating with Reiki
  • practice self-care with Reiki energy
  • learn how to treat others using Reiki energy
  • practice on other students using the techniques learned
  • Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 certification

Reiki Level 2

Hone in on your skills and develop more experience with the art of Reiki. In Reiki Level 2 expect to develop more confidence as you practice reiki on clients in a traditional and professional setting. You will also tap into a new symbol that allows you to that will allow you to practice distant reiki healings.

Sharing knowledge on how yoga connects with the practice of Reiki is important to me. In this course, centering and self-care techinques will also include meditation, mantra, and other yogic principles to enhance your connection to divine energy.

In Reiki Level 2, each student will:

  • be attuned to connect them more deeply with universal energy
  • attunement will also prepare them to send distance reiki
  • discuss ethical considerations in practicing/treating with Reiki with an emphasis on professional settings
  • deepen their knowledge and skills of how to treat others using Reiki energy
  • practice on other students using the techniques learned
  • Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your Reiki Level 2 certification

Reiki Level 3 (Master Practitioner)

In Reiki Level 3 you will master the art of Reiki, and develop a deeper relationship to your energetic potential.

In Reiki Level 3, each student will:

  • study the final symbol used in the usui tradition which will help them connect to their personal power
  • learn to empower themselves and others using this symbol
  • practice techniques using reiki to support themselves and others in their daily life
  • learn how to use a crystal grid for healing and manifesting
  • explore additional techniques to support themselves and the lives of those they touch with reiki
  • Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your Reiki Master Practitioner Certification

A bit more about my Reiki Journey

My curiosity with Reiki began in 2012. I wasn’t sure exactly what it was or how it worked, but I knew some practioners in my community—one of them was a colleague and friend at the studio. After taking one of my classes she said my hands were “hot” with Reiki energy. Soon after, I found a Reiki Level 1 with a teacher I knew. After completing my certification I started applying the skills to my self-care routine. I also committed to using Reiki while teaching yoga. I began shifting towards treating clients with Reiki. I loved seeing the impact it made and how it could empower others.

After completing my Reiki Level 2 and Master Practioner course I felt confident delivering traditional Usui Reiki. Shamanic techniques, reiki grids, crystal healing, and distance healing also became a part of my practice. I became interested in cleansing auric energy and personal spaces. This became important techinques for my overall well-being.

I knew I wanted to pass on this gift to others so I finished my Reiki Master Teacher, the final level as a practioner. This would allow me to attune students while inspiring them to uplift themselves and the people in their lives.
